I'm Dong Vo. For over 7 years I have advised clients on buying, renting and consigning luxury apartments in Ho Chi Minh City. I am currently Co-founder of 9xHomes and an associate at IQI Vietnam.
Under my personal brand, Dong Vo Realty, I focus on Thao Dien, Thu Thiem and Rach Chiec, and also handle several projects in District 1 and Binh Thanh.
I built this website to share what you need to know before choosing an apartment: whether the layout works for real living, whether the space is used efficiently, what the asking price can be compared against, and who the unit suits.
