Palm River is an apartment sub-zone along the Giong Ong To River, part of the Palm City urban area (about 30.6 ha) in Binh Trung Ward – the Nam Rach Chiec area, next to the Thu Thiem International Financial Centre.
What stands out to me about Palm River is its low density: only 4–6 units per floor yet as many as 5 lifts, plus 30+ resort-style amenities lifted up to level 20 – the floor that links the towers.
