Job description

Handle rental enquiries and shortlist units by the client's budget, move-in date and lifestyle needs.
Arrange viewings and discuss deposit, tax, fees, repairs and renewal terms before signing.
Keep listings up to date for Lumière Riverside, Gateway, The Nassim, Q2 Thao Dien.

Requirements

Experience in apartment rentals is a plus
Basic English communication
Own a motorbike, flexible for evening and weekend viewings
